ABOUT

Andrea Koerner is an avid iPhotographer based in Rhode Island. An app addict who mainly shoots self portraits and nature scenes. She comes from a background of altered art which is how she usually approaches editing photos. Lots of layers and texture.  She was an Art History major in college and for a while she designed and made hand crafted jewelry. It was very time consuming and required a lot of materials on hand which is one reason she loves iPhoneography...all that is needed in your phone.

 

She received an honorable mention in the Self Portrait category at the 2013 Mobile Photography Awards and has been named Artist of the Day at Iphoneart.com. Her photographs have been featured on TheAppWhisperer.com, PixelsatanExhibition.com and Pixelapprs.com.  She has had work shown in galleries in New York, Los Angeles and Columbus, Ohio.
